HOW TO INICIATE YOUR RETURN? Please use our Returns Portal

WHICH ITEMS ARE REFUNDABLE? All items in new condition are accepted within 60 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, please ensure that all original packaging, including box, additional insoles and creams, are included when you return your box.

WHAT IS THE CONDITION REQUIRED TO RETURN ITEMS? Please ensure that when trying on shoes, you stand on a clean and dry surface to protect the soles. Shoes showing signs of wear on the soles or elsewhere are not eligible for return.

HASLE FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: If you selected the $1.98 USD option during checkout, which provides FREE returns for store credit and exchange protection, there will be NO CHARGE for returning your order. You can initiate a return for either store credit or an exchange using our Returns Center, and a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

If you did not opt for exchange protection during checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN PROCESS DEADLINE: After initiating a return request, you have up to 60 days to complete the return process, or your refund will be automatically canceled.
